Preservation Texas Announcement

On February 18, 2016, the Polley Mansion was given the designation of being on the 2016 Endangered Places list by the Preservation Texas organization. This group seeks to bring awareness and assistance to historical structures in the state of Texas that are falling into ruin. This designation will help bring the Polley Mansion to the attention of groups and donors that may be able to offer help in the restoration efforts. Only fourteen structures are chosen each year for this list, and it is a great honor for the Polley Mansion to be recognized as an important structure in Texas history, and hopefully this recognition will aid in its revival!
